Wao! EXCELLENT,this video bring to me when i was to USA, my workshop was "Toward Diversity and Democracy". Sometimes we discuss about a foreign culture, thinking that our culture is the best. the biggest mistake. there is not best and worst, only people with different points of view, thinking, manner to see the World, traditions. Culture is you.!!
