Rwandan Cultural Dance

"Rwandan Cultural Dance” is an imitation of cows. Cows in the Rwandan context are prestigious, since they are used in several cultural ceremonies. For instance cows are used as bride price during customary marriages. The reason why most Rwanda women and men dance with their hands up is to imitate the long horned traditional cows (Inyambo).
