Grand Canyon Blues

My personal culture is one that cherishes adventure. As part of a two-day road trip across the Southwestern U.S., myself and my two best friends drove to the Grand Canyon in the early morning. We watched the breathtaking sunrise, communing with those other visitors which had flocked there from all over the world. As they are wont to do, my friends chose to express and amplify the beauty and wonder of the situation by dancing. That was when I caught this shot of the sunlight filtering through Jaime's hair. I'm lucky to be in a culture where I can have such relationships with fantastic friends, and the freedom to have such amazing experiences.
