Meilinda- UGRAD Indonesia is administered by AMINEF. Their program page states that students who have completed their first to their fifth semesters are eligible to apply; therefore, if you have completed your 6th semester for public relations, you are ineligible. of course! because if you get to older ,it's very normal you'll not eligible to such a program! (lol)

I am not sure if it applies to every country. For Malaysia, the age limit is 24 year old during the time he/she applied.
