Comment by Miranda Lupion on April 14, 2012 at 4:11pm I may be going to Brasov Romania for four weeks this summer through Project Abroad to teach dance and learn some Romanian. Anyone have any general travel tips? What to bring? What not to eat/what to eat? How to act? Any great books on Romania both language and travel? Thanks!

When is Romania’s Independence Day? How do you celebrate? What effect has independence had on your country, if any? Let us know in the new discussion going on, titled “Independence Days Around the World”!
