Program Sponsorship?

The Russian Spring Semester program is being run by American Councils. I've read that certain programs are being run by AFS? Are all the Russian programs being run by American Councils? What other organizations are running the various programs?

The summer program in Turkey is run by AFS

Ari, the NSLI-Y Consortium is made up of a bunch of language-orientated study abroad organizations-- AFS, and American Councils included. Legacy International is running the summer program to Morocco. I believe which organization controls specific destinations was determined by the connections each organization already had in a given country.
