That right Kenneth, it starts with you, it starts with me, be the change you want to see in the world.

@Ishaku. Sadly, that is the price we pay for what we supposedly want.

Hi Saadatu, thanks for your contributions and it is well received.  it is indeed a trying time for us all in nigeria.  I agree with you that we really need to unit each other in love and in that half of the problems we face will be solved.

Let's not also forget to pray for our nation and we as the youths make our own contribution in bringing about this unity.

Lets make everyday of our life count being the change we want.

Hi Kenneth, we are in trying times, especially the boko haram insurgence. We all know their motive, whether conspiracy or not. This means we know the enemy, lets stop fighting eachother and face the situation together because by uniting, the battle is half won. We should give them, boko Haram, the pleasure of victory.
I also believe the deregulation of the downstream is the best policy for the sector, but i don't trust this government to impliment it. I cannot trust a government that is not truthful most of the time.

The one week industrial strike that paralised all activities in nigeria as a result of the removal of fuel subsidy is now over as government and labour have been able to reach a compromise. Normal activities has resumed in nigeria. thanks to the labour union and government for reaching a compromise.

Nigeria needs the subsidy proceeds to improve the standard of living of it citizen and create jobs for the millions of unemployed youths in the country.

We trust government will be sincere in using the proceeds to alleviate the suffering of the nigerian masses.

Hello members.  Happy new year to you all.  I want to sincerely appreciate each one of us for all our efforts and commitment in moving this group forward in 2011.  You all did a wonderful job and you are all the heroes and herosess of our time.

Year 2012 has come and it is a year we are all encouraged to support each other in this drive to make this group, the Nigerian Exchangesconnect group one of the most active and effective and admired group.  Let's work together and make necessary contributions that can enhance all we do this year.

January for us in the Nigerian group has been quite challenging for all of us in Nigeria.  The current subsidy war and the prevailing strike by the labour union in Nigeria has put this country and every activity on a stand still.  One whole week of strike has gone and no resolution or compromise is yet to be reach between the government and the labour union. The labour strike resumes again for the second week. The Boko Haram issue is not left out as it continues to present an urgly situation for Nigerian polity.  The country is facing a very traumatic and challenging time right now.

Let us pray for our country and also use this medium to communicate our thoughts on the way forward for this country.

It is our nation and we the youth are the future hope of this great nation.

Once again happy new year to you all and i am hopeful that 2012 will be a very remarkable one for us all in this group.

God bless you all.

Yes we have a great nation blessed with good and very intelligent and enterprising people.

The current situation in our country calls that we the youth and the next generation of leaders stand up to make a difference. Speak out, make your voices to be heard. just make an impact no matter how little it could be.  This change can just begin with u and me.

regards brother

Nigeria, a good and diverse country filled with knowledgeable people, show we then allow the few bad eggs amongs us to destroy this God given Nation?
