ROMMEL SANTOS MIRANDA, (Humphrey Fellow, 2010-2011), on 24 February 2012, was accused of abducting and killing a wealthy businesswoman and is undergoing the preliminary investigation in Philippines.

It is good first to visit the section on the USA embassy in your country, check the criteria and the selection process and pursue for it. It is worthy for the long process of applying and selection. Feel free to ask me any question for the process, which is very individual and depends on what you want to create.

Did you receive a Hubert Humphrey fellowship? If you did it would be nice to hear more about your experience with the program.
