A component to the Fulbright U.S. Student Program, the Fulbright ETA Program places U.S. students as English teaching assistants in schools or universities overseas, where they increase foreign students' English language abilities.

Comment by Kyle H. on June 13, 2011 at 9:03am: I was placed in Erlangen from 2007-2008. I actually ended up living in the city for three years after the ETA program ended. I liked it so much! My experience led me a similar way as well, I am currently studying International Education in George Washington University and hope to use that and my experiences abroad to help people broaden their ideas about others.
