Fulbright programs around the world are celebrating their anniversaries. I know that Fulbright Germany just celebrated its 60th. Are any of you Fulbrighters attending anniversary parties? How are you staying engaged as an alum?

Welcome to the group, Benjamin!  If you're looking for some valuable perspectives, I hope we can be of service!  Could you tell us all what your top choices are just in case we have others who were ETAs in the region(s)?  I'm a Jordan alumna myself!

Hello! Prospective applicant here, I hope through this group I can gain valuable insight and clarity. I'm still undecided on which country to apply, though I narrowed it down to 2 or 3. I would love to hear why everyone picked their country, and their experiences with the program. Thanks!

Greetings, Fulbright ETA group!  I'd like to take a moment to welcome Nicole Lydia Cuellar to the group.  Please join me in extending greetings to her!  She is also a former ETA, so she will have an insider's perspective on life during the program.  Welcome, Nicole!

I was placed in Erlangen from 2007-2008. I actually ended up living in the city for three years after the ETA program ended. I liked it so much! My experience led me a similar way as well, I am currently studying International Education in George Washington University and hope to use that and my experiences abroad to help people broaden their ideas about others.
