please  dont  ask  for  research  projects any  more ...ithink  youd  better  make it  more  flexible    and easy  for  us  to  submit  since  there are  some scholar  ships  made  with  out  researches  ...we  would  like  you  help  us  as  part  of  your  mission  for  developement  and  connect  of  cultures  ....

I  agree  with  moustafa  sylla  for  it  was  my  intention  to  win ascholar  ship  since  i ve been  longer  with  fulbright  programms  ..  the  only  thing  that  stood  against  me  the  research  projects that  someone  should  have  to  submit  every  time otherwise  i  would  win ascholarship since  im  an  experienced  teacher..i  wish  that  fulbright  wouldnt  ask  at  least  once for  i get  3submissions for  nothing
