@Ida: It looks like the Fulbright Indonesia program is administered by the American Indonesian Exchange Foundation. Click on this link for a list of their current programs and program deadlines. On that site you should also be able to find some contact information that will put you in contact with someone who can advise you which Fulbright program you may be eligible for.

Also, have you seen the E-teacher Scholarship Program? That may interest you, too!

In this day and age, we have to have brain exchange and not so much brain drain, Alina Romanowski, Deputy Assistant Secretary of for Academic Programs, says in this Sunday Times of Sri Lanka interview. DAS Romanowski was in Colombo this past week for the biennial South and Central Asia Regional Fulbright Workshop, which gathers Fulbright implementers to exchange best practices.

“For me the Fulbright idea is pure gold: It never corrodes and fades with time,” said Julia Stefanova, Executive Director of the Bulgarian-American Fulbright Commission in this profile on the Fulbright Program's durability and flexibility from The Washington Diplomat written by a Fulbright alumnus.
