Please note recruitment for the International Fulbright Science and Technology Program has been suspended for the 2013-2014 program year. Decisions for the 2012 cohort have already been announced.

Please check with the Fulbright Commission or U.S. Embassy in your home country to learn of updates for program recruitment in spring 2013.

Comment by Fulbright Program on January 31, 2011 at 1:37pm: In this day and age, we have to have brain exchange and not so much brain drain, Alina Romanowski, Deputy Assistant Secretary of for Academic Programs, says in this Sunday Times of Sri Lanka interview. DAS Romanowski was in Colombo this past week for the biennial South and Central Asia Regional Fulbright Workshop, which gathers Fulbright implementers to exchange best practices.
