The Fulbright FLTA Program provides young teachers of English as a Foreign Language the opportunity to refine their teaching skills in the instruction of foreign languages at colleges and universities in the United States.

I have some questions plz:

how long the duration of this program?

I've been told that the selection process takes a year, that means, when you send your application , you will wait the next year to see if they accept you. Is that right?

Note that the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Program is not open to Ghanaians but that the Fulbright Foreign Student Program is.
