The Fulbright FLTA Program provides young teachers of English as a Foreign Language the opportunity to refine their teaching skills in the instruction of foreign languages at colleges and universities in the United States.

iT    is  very   interesting  and  exciting  for  me  that  i  joined  this  program   because  i  got  two  submissions   in  this  program  and  i  ve  been  waiting  to  get  ascolarship  to  get  an  M.A  it  was  the  1st  for  me  so  ive  been  so  proud  when  i  1st   shared....

David, yes, you may contact the U.S. Embassy in Accra for details on the Fulbright Program in Ghana: email: NunooNS@state.gov; website: http://accra.usembassy.gov/. Note that the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Program is not open to Ghanaians but that the Fulbright Foreign Student Program is.

In this day and age, we have to have brain exchange and not so much brain drain, Alina Romanowski, Deputy Assistant Secretary of for Academic Programs, says in this Sunday Times of Sri Lanka interview. DAS Romanowski was in Colombo this past week for the biennial South and Central Asia Regional Fulbright Workshop, which gathers Fulbright implementers to exchange best practices.
