Check out EducationUSA's website to find out more information about how to do a study abroad program in the USA.  For Egypt the website is http://www.educationusa.info/Egypt.  You can also search for a program on the U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs website.  Check it out and let me know what worked!
