- Exceptional Merit in Non Fiction
- Outstanding Picture Editing for Nonfiction Programming
- Outstanding Writing for Nonfiction Programming
In addition, "FREEDOM RIDERS" has been screened world-wide as part of the State Department's American Documentary Showcase project.

Great film.
Has anyone in Kazakhstan gone to American Documentary Showcase screenings yet? If so, what did you think? There's a delegation traveling to Almaty, Shymkent, and Astana through the 26th:
