Application help??

Personally, I applied through YFU for their tuition paid program after I was rejected from cbyx by AYUSA. I collected all the papers that needed to be mailed in and put them in a big envelope. Inside I put all my pictures into another smaller envelope and labeled the envelope. It's easy just to send it all in at once (and cheaper in regards to shipping). You can send in all your stuff before you complete the application online because all those papers are part of that application in a sense.

I won the CBYX scholarship with YFU for this year. I asked the admissions office a bajillion questions. They said they will have all your paperwork together for you and since it is part of the application you can send it during or after you submit it. However make sure you get everything in before the deadline. Also if you have more questions with the application the admissions team is very friendly and answers all requests wonderfully. Also if it helps, I sent all my stuff out together, unless one thing was going to take too long. Also my school was nice enough to mail YFU there stuff, way before I submitted my application. Yes you do send the pictures with it, make sure you follow the picture rules too, name on back for all and give a brief description on the back of the polariod shots of day to day activities.

If your application says it had been uploaded that means that the admission office had received it.

Send everything that they ask for, even if you don't know whether you're in or not! You have to write the family letter, send photos, write the little essays answering each question, and basically pretend that you've already been accepted.
