Public Speaking for the Public Policy Professional

I am considering offering a Public Speaking course taught in English and Azeri.  

The course will help participants learn the basics of introducing themselves, developing a speech, presenting a speech and effective ways to evaluate a speech.   Participants will also co-author a working paper that will be published in a journal.

The the topic will be a public policy issue relevant to Azerbaijan and the internatioanl community.

Perhaps the course would be 10 meetings, two meetings a week for five weeks.  The course will be conducted online, via skype or a similar internet media provider.  

There would fellowships offered for program assistants to receive scholarships to wave tuition fees.
